I have terrrrrrriiiiiiibbbblllle cramps. My mother recalls hearing me pounding on stuff in my room because of cramps...and I would take way too many tylenol...It has helped with my skin but not as much as I would like...and I also love what it does to my boobs...but I don't see a difference in weight...I think the personal trainer thing helped...I learn that the only form of BC that really makes you gain is the shot...but lose??? Yeah doubt it since they make you crave carbs. Anyway...good luck to finding the sexy you again...and I am glad to know there is someone else who is secretive of the BC...I don't tell people either... even though I am grown enough to "be f*cking*" without someone being like OMG!!!!
